Ujuok

Ujuok is a Korean restaurant in Cheongdam-dong, on the wedding street, serving Pyongyang naengmyeon, gomtang, and jeyuk. The mul naengmyeon comes with buckwheat noodles and sous-vide meat in a clean, salt-seasoned broth. The nokdujeon holds large pieces of pork and has a crisp texture. The deulgireum bibim myeon is mild in character and plain.
