Torishiki

Torishiki is a yakitori and skewer restaurant in an alley in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul. It grills skewers over charcoal and serves each cut with its own doneness and sauce. Reservations are required, so a seat must be secured before visiting. The restaurant is tucked in an alley and is hard to find on a first visit.
