Su-I

Sui is a Japanese-style pub in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, serving yakitori and grilled skewers. The menu includes chicken skin, cartilage, tsukune, and daechang (beef large intestine) skewers, along with ramen salad and shiitake meatball fries. Reservations are available through Naver, and the space has counter seating, partitioned floor tables, and a private room for groups. On Friday and Saturday evenings it is busy enough that people are turned away when there are no seats.
