Sinseon Seolnongtang

Sinseon Seolleongtang Cheongdamjeom is a specialty restaurant on the main road in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, serving seolleongtang and gomtang. The garlic seolleongtang contains sliced garlic and comes with brisket, aged kimchi, and seokbakji in a rich beef-bone broth. The restaurant is open 24 hours, and its dishes are brought to the table freshly boiled in earthenware pots, so they are very hot. The dining area is spacious and clean, but the restaurant is easy to miss despite being on the main road.
