Sauce Donkatsu is a donkatsu restaurant in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving old-style and Japanese-style donkatsu. It offers a spicy donkatsu called Red Carpet, cheese donkatsu, and kimchi udon, with a crispy exterior and tender meat. At lunch, office workers crowd in and a wait forms, but it usually clears quickly and tables turn fast because there are many of them. There is no parking.
