Jeongsikdang is a Korean fine-dining restaurant on a hill in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, near Apgujeong Rodeo Station. Its signature course begins with five amuse-bouches and includes pressure-cooked abalone, gimbap, and duck steak. Reservations through Catch Table allow diners to use a third-floor room and choose the tableware color. Portions are small.
