Hongseong-Won

Hongseongwon is a neighborhood Chinese restaurant in the back alleys of Cheongdam-dong, serving jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The jjamppong comes out clean each visit, and the tangsuyuk is fried crisp. When three or more people at a table order the same menu item, tangsuyuk comes as a service item, and lajoogi is also served in part as a service item. At lunch guests come for the meal, and in the evening they pair it with gongbaegaju or goryangju.
