Gwangbu

Gwangbu is a beef restaurant in Seoul serving yuksashimi, yukhoe, deodeokgui, and hanu modeum. Before grilling the beef, the owner slices it personally. The restaurant is on the second floor, and doenjang jjigae is served as a side dish. The beef portions are small relative to the quality of the meat.
