Eoje Yeon Cheongdam is a Korean restaurant in Cheongdam-dong that serves Hanwoo beef and freshwater eel from Ganghwado, both grilled over charcoal. The interior is minimal, built around wood and dark stone. The eel has firmer flesh and a deeper flavor than Japanese-style grilled eel.
