Dodam gejang

Dodam Gejang is a Korean restaurant in the Apgujeong and Cheongdam area of Seoul that serves soy-marinated crab and braised short ribs. The crab has plenty of meat and yellow-orange roe, and the seasoning is not strong, so it is eaten with gim bugak or perilla oil rice. Staff remove the crab meat from the shell and explain the dishes, and the meal can finish with crab soup. The shop opened recently and the interior is clean.
