Cheongdam Susan

Cheongdam Susan is a casual hoe restaurant in Cheongdam-dong that serves anago, yellowtail, and flatfish hoe. The anago is filleted thin rather than cut bone-in, and in winter the restaurant also offers thick cuts of yellowtail and flatfish hoe. The space is tidy and the menu is large, drawing small groups for company dinners. The portions of hoe are on the small side.
