Chamchi Myeongga is a basement restaurant in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, that serves tuna hoe and hoe-deopbap. The Royal Course includes bluefin tuna and several cuts, with one refill allowed. The lunch special hoe-deopbap contains plenty of tuna hoe and vegetables, and the white rice is firm. The restaurant gets crowded during peak hours.
