Nowon Moksaljip

Nowon Moksaljip is a charcoal-grilled pork collar restaurant in Seoul. It serves 200 g each of chicken neck meat, available as one piece from each chicken, and pork collar made with domestic refrigerated Boseong Nokdon pork. The menu also includes spicy doenjang jjigae with plenty of tofu and zucchini, as well as naengmyeon (cold noodles). The restaurant has separate men's and women's restrooms, parking, and takeout, and the chicken neck meat is prepared with the bones and skin removed.
