Jjokgalbi Daetongnyeong is a galbi restaurant in the alleys of Nowon Station that serves jjokgalbi. The kitchen pre-grills the meat for about 15 minutes to 80 percent, and diners finish the bone-side portions a little more at the table. The meat is thick and tender, comes off the bone easily, and the seasoning is light rather than heavy. Diners choose between the seasoned and spicy versions, and pork skin, rice cake, and steamed egg come by default with refills.
