Gugsi

Guksi is a noodle shop tucked in a corner of a commercial unit inside an apartment complex in Sanggye-dong, Seoul. It serves myeolchi guksu in an anchovy and kelp broth together with charcoal-scented pork bulbaek. The owner pulls the noodles by hand, and a wait can form during lunch hours. The heat level of the bibim sauce cannot be adjusted.
