Wang Kalguksu

Wang Kalguksu is a noodle restaurant in Busan serving jang kalguksu and wang mandu. The jang kalguksu comes with chewy hand-cut kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) in a broth containing egg, carrot, and squash, while cabbage juice is added to the noodle dough. Order at the counter and pay in advance. Kimchi and danmuji are self-service, and the spicy jang kalguksu is divisive (opinions are split).
