Choigane Hanjeongsik Ssambap

Choi Gane Hanjeongsik Ssambap is a Korean restaurant in Jaesong-dong, Busan, serving a set meal of ssam-bap with leafy vegetables and suyuk. The table comes with sotbap or dolsotbap, bossam, two kinds of stew, several side dishes, and ssam vegetables. Calling ahead to order the sotbap shortens the wait for rice, and after the dolsotbap comes nurungji and sungnyung. The portion of suyuk is on the small side.
