Jaesong Goryeo Samgyetang

Jaesong Goryeo Samgyetang in Busan serves samgyetang made with large chickens. The restaurant cooks each samgyetang to order rather than using pre-made products, and builds its broth from sagol gukmul. The same broth is used in the dak bokkeum tang. Samgyetang comes with kimchi and onion, dak gyejang is served with side dishes, and fried chicken is also on the menu.
