Ortahisar Castle

Ortahisar Castle is a tourist site in the Cappadocia village of Ortahisar where visitors see the castle and the town together. Climbing the steep stairs to the top gives a 360-degree panorama of the Cappadocia landscape. The round trip takes about 10 to 20 minutes, and showing a parking receipt at the entrance gives a discount on admission. The steep metal stairs are difficult for those bringing small children.
