Wonjo Halmae Nakji

Wonjo Halmae Nakji serves nakgopsae, a jeongol of nakji, gopchang and shrimp, in the Geumseulgeori area of Beomcheon-dong, Busan. The nakgopsae is mixed into rice and can be extended with udon noodles, and it is cooked without MSG and brought out at a moderate level of spice. Every menu item can be ordered as a single portion, and staff cook it at the table until it is fully done. The interior is small, so when customers crowd in they are sent up to the third floor, and the stairs are steep.
