Sarangchae is a Korean restaurant in Busan that serves Gyeongsang-style hanjeongsik. The meal starts with appetizers before dolsotbap and continues through dessert, and the dishes have almost no artificial seasoning. Reservations are required during the lunch peak, and the restaurant occupies a converted house rather than a modern building. The interior is small, so it gets loud when many people are there.
