Bujeon Mil Naengmyeon

Bujeon Mil Naengmyeon, formerly Bujeon Milmyeon Ttukbaegi, is an old milmyeon restaurant behind Bujeon Market in Busan that serves mul milmyeon, bibim milmyeon, and sogmeori gomtang. Noodles are pressed to order, thin and soft, and served in a broth scented with medicinal herbs and pepper, topped with hanwoo suyuk. Sogmeori gomtang can be ordered from 3 p.m., and water drawn weekly from Tongdosa is used in the food and drinking water. Portions are small and cash payment is encouraged.
