Seonbichon is a Korean restaurant next to the Gijang County Office in Busan that serves cheonggukjang and sundubu. The owner couple buys beans from Cheongdo, makes sundubu that day, and ferments the cheonggukjang themselves, using domestic ingredients and natural seasonings. House-made side dishes and kongbiji come with the meal, and the rice is on the chewy side. The seasoning is light, bringing out the ingredients' own flavors rather than the taste of additives.
