Bupyeong Makguksu

Bupyeong Makguksu is a naengmyeon restaurant within a five-minute walk of Bupyeong Market Station Exit 3 in Incheon, serving Baengnyeongdo-style naengmyeon and buckwheat makguksu. Mul makguksu and bibim makguksu come with half a plate of suyuk and mung bean bindaetteok on the side. The broth mixes sagol and dongchimi with kkanari aekjeot for seasoning, and dumplings, suyuk and mung bean jeon can be ordered as single portions. The buckwheat aroma is strong and the noodle texture is coarse, so it depends on preference.
