Brown Cat

Brown Cat is a dessert cafe in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. The owner, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, makes Basque cheesecake and chocolate brownies. The salted caramel coffee is topped with cream that has butter and mascarpone notes, and the almond latte is nutty like real almonds. In the evening the shop turns off the lights, then turns them back on and stays open.
