Sushi Sora

Sushi Sora serves Japanese sushi and omakase on the G Floor of the SO/ Bangkok Hotel in Bang Rak, Bangkok. A Japanese chef forms seasonal fish, aged hoe, otoro and uni in the Edomae style using red vinegar shari. The room has only 13 seats, so reservations are made through LINE with a deposit paid in advance. The chef prepares the food in front of guests and explains each cut on a tablet, though from certain seats the chef's work is hard to see and the service falls short of fine-dining standards.
