Shugetsu

Shugetsu is a Japanese noodle shop in Bangkok that serves ramen and tsukemen. Its signature tsukemen pairs house-made noodles and meat with a broth boiled down from katsuobushi and anchovies. It also serves chashu ramen, whose broth carries a strong fish aroma. The tsukemen uses a soy sauce-based meat broth with a heavy, oily flavor.
