Asakusa's Mameshiba Cafe is a dog cafe in Tokyo, a 10-minute walk from Sensoji in Asakusa. Entry is by lining up at set times and listening to instructions, and drinks such as coffee, apple juice, and green tea are provided free of charge. The session lasts 30 minutes, and if you spread a coat or blanket over your lap, a shiba will come and sit on it; lint rollers are also lent out at the entrance. The dogs sometimes show no interest in customers.
