Jangan Myeonok

Jangan Myeonok is a naengmyeon restaurant in Anseong that serves Pyongyang naengmyeon and Hamhung bibim naengmyeon. The noodles are made in-house, and the broth mixes meat broth with dongchimi, then is poured over the noodles with scallions and green chili peppers added. Onyuksu is self-served, and each table holds kimchi, chili peppers, and scallions. The meat broth tastes lighter than other Pyongyang naengmyeon, with the dongchimi flavor coming through more.
