Jungang Art Cinema Andong is a movie theater in Andong's old market district. It screens independent and art films that are hard to find at regular theaters, and coffee is available there. It has long held its place as Gyeongsangbuk-do's only dedicated independent film venue, and because audiences are small, viewers can sit wherever they want. The screening environment is somewhat poor.
