Hwacheon Seowon is a seowon at the entrance to Buyongdae, across the river from Hahoe Village in Andong. Part of the seowon runs as a cafe and a minbak, selling tea and coffee made on site. It was built in 1786 to enshrine Ryu Unryong, and after the 1871 abolition order it was restored in 1996. The minbak rooms are generally small.
