Jeju Nagi is a Japanese restaurant in Aewol, Jeju, serving Nagoya-style hitsumabushi along with ttak-saeu (small lobster-like shrimp) and abalone marinated in soy sauce. The signature eel rice bowl is eaten with seaweed, perilla leaf, and wasabi, or with katsuodashi broth poured over it as ochazuke. The handmade mochi-rido-fu comes alongside, with a chewy texture. The eel is small and the portion is modest.
