Hundo Jeju Black Pork Restaurant is a meat restaurant in Aewol, Jeju, that grills black pork over charcoal. Thick cuts of pork collar and samgyeopsal (pork belly) arrive pre-seared and are grilled by staff, and can be eaten with salted anchovy sauce and salted pollack roe. Window seats look out over the sea, and the interior is clean. The lunch special comes with steamed egg, kimchi stew, and rice.
