Jangchon Hanwoo Village

Jangchon Hanu Maeul is a butcher-shop restaurant in Aewol that serves Hanwoo grilling and meals next to the livestock cooperative slaughterhouse in the mid-mountain area. Cuts from a single cow, such as deungsim, tosisal, and salchisal, are grilled on a stone plate, and yukhoe bibimbap and beef soup are also served. The parking lot is large, the yukhoe bibimbap comes in a generous portion, and the beef soup has a rich broth with a fair amount of meat. The stone plate gives less texture than charcoal, and blood left to scorch leaves burnt marks.
