Doldam Ttangkong Guksu

Doldam Ttangkong Guksu is a Jeju restaurant in Aewol-eup, Jeju City that serves Udo peanut noodles and peanut jjajangmyeon. Its peanut gogi-guksu uses a spicy, hot broth instead of a white, rich one, paired with chewy noodles and meat. A large parking lot sits directly in front of the shop, and food comes out soon after ordering. The peanut aroma and mala notes are strong enough that it can come across like tantanmen.
