Budan

Budan is a bar in Nampo-dong, Busan, that serves anju such as cheese jju-saeu and gukmul dakbal. The cheese jju-saeu combines jjukkumi, daepae samgyeop, and shrimp with cheese, and the gukmul dakbal includes usamgyeop. The space is large and stays open late, and the maedalgu plate holds daechang, dakmoksal, and buldak bokkeumyeon together. The bar fills up on weekday evenings as well.
