Yakitori Restaurant "THE"

Yakitori Restaurant Za (THE) is a counter restaurant in Osaka that serves yakitori omakase using Takasaki chicken. The skewers cover different parts, including heart, shoulder meat and egg yolk, and the meal ends with a choice of ramen, curry or kale minced-meat rice. The chef grills the skewers over charcoal and explains each part in front of you, and the seating is only nine seats. The space is quiet, so it does not suit a boisterous meal.
