Udon Kisuke

Udon Ya Kisuke is an udon shop in Umeda, Osaka, serving bukkake udon and warm udon. The cold bukkake udon comes with chewy noodles topped with chikuwa tempura and mushroom tempura, while the warm udon has a broth that is not heavily salted. Customers order at the queue before sitting down, and the udon arrives quickly after they are seated. Even at 1:30 p.m. on a weekday, the wait was about 20 minutes.
