Tousuiro Kiyamachi Shop is a tofu restaurant on the Kiyamachi riverside in Kyoto. Its signature course presents tofu in several ways, and the tofu hot pot can be refilled when requested. A lunch course in the more than 300-year-old building takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes from the meal through dessert. Reservations are difficult.
