Takonotetsu Kakuda Shop

Taconotetsu Kakuda is a takoyaki shop in Kakudacho, Kita Ward, Osaka, next to Hep Five, serving takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and yakisoba. For the takoyaki, diners receive octopus, scallions, and batter and cook it themselves at the table, taking sauce and katsuobushi as they like. Staff hand out instruction sheets and help with heat control, while the okonomiyaki and yakisoba are cooked first and then reheated to eat. Flipping the takoyaki and adjusting the heat are difficult for first-time cooks.
