Takama

Soba Takama is a buckwheat soba shop near Osaka Castle in Tenjinbashi, Kita Ward, Osaka. It serves kamojiru soba and tenzaru soba, along with muso ba, wasabi soba, and egg rolls. The shop is small, and food takes 25 to 40 minutes or more to arrive. Missing the opening run means a wait that stretches past an hour.
