Umeda Sushi Miyakawa is an Edomae sushi restaurant on the fifth floor of a building in Ochatennjin, a two-to-three minute walk from Higashi-Umeda Station. It serves courses of sushi made with small shari using red vinegar, including chutoro, splendid alfonsino, and squid, along with appetizers, hoe, grilled dishes, and chawanmushi. There is a counter and private rooms, and each ingredient is seasoned individually and the dish names are explained in English. Drinks and the next course dish are sometimes served late.
