Sukesan Udon Imafuku Tsurumi

Sukesan Udon Imafuku Tsurumi is a Kitakyushu-style udon shop a few minutes from Imafuku Tsurumi Station in Osaka. Its signature dish is meat and burdock tempura udon, topped with a long strip of fried burdock and served with soft noodles in a broth flavored with mackerel and kelp. Orders are placed on a touch panel, and a shared parking lot is available. On weekend lunchtimes the line extends outside the shop, with waits of 30 to 40 minutes.
