Sora is a Korean-style yakiniku and gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in the horumon alley of Tsuruhashi in Osaka. It serves daechang (beef large intestine), harami, beef tongue, and a five-item assorted platter of offal, with a base seasoning on the strong side. Orders are placed and staff are called through a tablet, and the shop runs about three connected storefronts, so tables turn over quickly. Ventilation is poor, and the smoke stings your eyes.
