Sushi Minazuki is a small sushi restaurant in Osaka’s Sonezaki-Shinchi. Its omakase includes tuna and smoked eel, and the sushi is made with coloured rice. The restaurant provides an English menu and explanations of its ingredients, and sake can be ordered by the glass. Meals last about three hours.
