Sushi Harasho is in Uehommachi, Osaka. Its omakase course highlights the natural flavor of the fish, and the shari contains no sugar. The restaurant has received two Michelin stars, and the course takes two hours. Uehommachi Station is a 7–10 minute walk away, and new reservations are rarely available.
