Ramen Mouri Umeda is in the basement second floor of the Osaka Station 3 Building in Umeda, Kita Ward, Osaka, near Umeda Station, and serves tori paitan and shio ramen. The tori paitan has a foamy, creamy broth that clings well to the thin noodles, while the shio ramen is clean and light. Orders are placed at a ticket vending machine, and the shop has only counter seats, which makes it easy to visit alone. The noodles themselves can taste weak against the rich tori paitan broth.
