Yabaton is a takeout-focused shop in the basement food floor of Abeno Harukas in Osaka, selling Japanese-style miso pork cutlet and boxed meals. It serves miso rosu katsu set meals and miso katsudon, pouring a sweet and salty miso sauce generously over the fried cutlet in front of you. Seating is four counter seats, and staff hand out paper aprons to keep the sauce from splattering, with sesame and chili powder used to change the flavor.
