Ponpokotei

Pongpoko Tei is a restaurant in Kita-Umeda, Osaka, serving okonomiyaki, yakisoba and teppanyaki dishes, a 20-minute walk from Hankyu Umeda Station. The okonomiyaki uses a light batter, keeps the sweetness of the cabbage, and comes with a sauce that is not heavy, and yakisoba and seafood teppanyaki are also available. The seafood teppanyaki contains octopus, squid and scallops, the yakisoba is served with thick noodles, and staff grill the food and bring it out. The seating is limited, so without a reservation there may be no table.
