Osaka Tonteki Osaka Ekimae Dai-san Building Ten is in the basement restaurant floor of the third building in front of Osaka Station, serving pork steak tonteki and hambagu. The thick pork collar tonteki comes with a salty and tangy sauce, and rice refills are free. Payment is made in advance in Japanese at a kiosk at the entrance, then you hand over the receipt and wait; even with five groups ahead, entry takes about ten minutes. The tonteki sauce and the meat are on the salty side.
